Change font color of one specific field entry

I have a field in a table that has descriptions of type of inspections done.
Some of the fields are: Routine, Follow-up; Liquor, Opening, etc.
I would like to have the text in the field for Liquor be red, and all the others in the standard black - is it possible to do that?

Check Conditional Formatting which provides this functionality. Your question does lack clarity since I don't know if you have a single field with values like: "Routine, Follow-up; Liquor, Opening, etc." or if you have fields with these names as suggested by:

If the field name is Liquor then right-click | font/fore color and select color

Otherwise what dhookom stated
If the field is Description and has those in that field, use the conditionally formatting where the field Description = Liquor then select color
