I hope someone can help me with this. Is there a way that you can change the FDN and HUNT on all the phones at once? Our CallPilot took a lightning hit and is down. We are going to use our CISCO Unity voicemail system for all the TDM phones so we need to redirect the FDN and HUNT. We don't want to hand jam them in one at a time for the 1000 phones that are affected. Any help is appreciated. We have a CS1000 version 5.0

Why not change the route of the voice mail number, ie if your call pilot mail # is 7999, delete what is in place (CDN??) and make an ACD NCFW to the Cisco Unity number, assuming you have a connection to it. This way it is only one change to be made, instead of a bunch of phones. Of course you will have to hand build all the mailboxes ......

We already built the mailboxes in Unity. We are using a CDN (5296999). We changed the NCFW to the CISCO Unity number (5296245) and it forwards correctly if the user is on the phone or does not answer. However, when they hit the messages button or calls the CDN directly on the 3904's/Analogs, the CISCO Unity does not recognize the mailbox. So everything is working except when they call 5296999 directly. That's why we just wanted to change the FDN and HUNT to 5296245 to eliminate the CDN of 5296999 (CallPilot)

If the HUNT/FDN values are the same as the MWK values in Key 16 for each phone, changing the NCFW on the ACDN for the CallPilot DN should be the only thing you need to do. If the MWK value is different than the HUNT/FDN, then just create an ACDN in LD 23 for the MWK value and NCFW it to your Unity system. Just be sure to disable the CallPilot TN's in the PBX to they busy out.
