I will try to explain the best that I can. We have a PRI coming into our Merlin Magix 4.0, with a Merlin Messaging Module providing our AA. Our system is serviced by a PRI, though I beleive we have at least one standard line (phone number) that also comes into the system (it automatically rings to our second operator, 475 instead of 400) because it works even when our T1 is down. My knowledge on the the programming in our system is fuzzy at best. All incoming calls on our main phone number go to our AA at present. Our voicemail module is on the fritz, which makes it so that we cannot receive incoming calls. It will just ring forever. This has happened before, and the consultant that normally does our programming walked me through steps in WinSPM to change it so that incoming calls go to 400, which is our operator, instead of 500 which is our voicemail. Our normal consultant is on vacation and cannot be reached, and the Avaya tech I spoke with when calling in our service request says our only option is to renumber 400 to 500 and vis a versa. I know for a fact that is not what we did last time, as last time I only had to change a single number in the system from 500 to 400, and 400 still rang to our operator. Nothing else in the system operated differently besides what extension answered the incoming calls. The Avaya tech I spoke with mentioned something about an LDN, but says we don't have the setup that would use the LDN, so that isn't an option. Any ideas?

Nevermind, this was resolved, our consultant was reached. If anyone is curious, the change was in the Add Digits section of our PRI. Our PRI sends us the last 3 digits of our phone number, and the Merlin adds the 400 or 500 to direct the call.
