Change extension number

I am kind of new to the Nortel forum, we specialize in IP Office and that is where you will usually find me. I need some help, a customer called in and she said that they moved to a new office and they would like somebody to go and re-program their extension number on a Norstar CICS. I am not sure if she means the actual extension such as from 21 to 321 or the name on the extension. I was able to find good set of instructions to change the name however I am having difficulty finding out how to change the actual extension number and I am also kind of concerned that it is not as simple as changing the number and additional programming may be required such as line assignment. Based on what I talked to her it is a simple key system configuration where all extension ring all lines.
I apologize for the request but I know very little about Nortel, as of right now I just know how to login to the programming mode and change the name on the extension. Anybody out there has a link to a good document or can help me on how to do this?

If the she moved offices, two options:

Best solution move the jumpers to move her port to the new office

Alternately turn on SET RELOCATION and move her old phone to her new office.

Problem is you will need to almost re-program the set as you thought.

Best as Allworxguy said and that is to have them put it back the way it was (1st reverse any programming you may have done after the move), turn Set relocation ON and only THEN move the set back to the new location.
SystemProgramming/FeatureSettings/Set Relocation.

Leave Set Relocation ON or have them call you to relocate sets.

One of my first solo jobs was to relocate an office, about 10 phones. I get to the old location on the day of the move to turn on set relocate and remove the system. When I ask "Where are your phones" I find that they are already at the new location plugged in waiting for the system.
Good advice above. If all she wants is her old extension back, find the port number and switch jumpers. If she wants new extension numbers to match her business cards there could be some programing. Any voice mail onsite?
