Change Exchange Server of Outlook Profile

Over the past 3 years we have deployed Office 2003 utilizing an MST file that created an Outlook Profile for Exchange and points to Server = EMAIL (Server Name). We are now moving the users mailboxes over to a new server EMAIL1 and are remove EMAIL from the network.

Is there a way within Group Policy or other to change the Outlook Profile path for existing and future Outlook Setups?

Windows Server 2003 R2

I'd look at the deployment tools. Exprofre will likely do what you want.
