I seem not be able to get into the CONFIG mode with the normal **266--- access.
We have several sites with the same systems but this site did not give me access when I entered the 266--- P/W. Any suggestions? Am I in the wrong level for CONGIF access. I have done this many times on our other sites.
n use a rad to access programminging..change password and while your in there change dn...if i need to tell ya about a rad you need to do your homework
I know what a RAD is. I have already defaulted the PW back to 266---- and I still can not get back into CONFIG. RAD access is not available on this system.
if you defaulted password ..there is no way you cant get in..unless it was wrong password u defaulted...and why cant u use a rad...you cant default config password from admin login only from config login or rad
I used the factory default pw instructions i found on this board. I have used them before to get in on other systems.
I should be able to get into CONGIF entering FEATURE **266--- then entering 266--- for the P/W that is what I have used on all the other systems we have.
On this system I only get limited access to some features like "change time and date", "copy", "station and lines" but no "config" so i can get access to "change DN's".
I do not have RAD software or a laptop to telnet. Any suggestions?
Sorry for my error in wording. Then if this is the case what then do I need to do to gain access to be able to change the DN of three extension numbers.
I need to renumber these. They are assigned to the 100 series and they are using the 200 series for numbering and they want specific numbers that match room numbers.
The bottom line here so far is that I can not get into the CONFIG section to program the DN and I should be able to and can not.
So my question is how do I gain access to the CONFIG if the **266--- and PW 266--- are not getting me into that section.
What do I need to do to default the system so I can get FULL access again?
