If there is another post regarding this matter, I apologize up front and will appreciate a redirect!
Windows 2003, Exchange 2003 (No SP's)Outlook 2000, Windows 2000 Domain.
We have a public folder populated with Contacts. Within this public folder are distribution lists containing contacts, also from this public folder. At 150 addresses in a list, we get the "This distribution list is too large to save on your network e-mail server...etc". We have no size limits imposed other than 15MB per public folder - this one is 453K. Does anyone know how to change that distribution list limit or if it can be changed?
From what I have been able to find, the recommendation is to break the list up into smaller lists, which is probably the action we'll take. But it would be nice to know if the limit can be changed. Any information will be much appreciated.
Thanks!
