Change display name on Flexset 120D

How do I change the display name on this phone? The name displayed on the screen is of the former employee at my position

You can't do it from the phone. You need to go into PLIS from the programmer main menu and then go to the station.
The short name is 5 letters,
Full Name is 16...to seperate first and last name use _
so, tom jones at x323 is

Short: 324 (i usually iuse the ext number here)
Full is Tom_Jones
