Hi everyone, Im a newbie on NEC. I have a case :
- 3 SV9100 netlink with number 60 + room number.
- 3 SL2100 use Aspirenet to connect together and 3 SV 9100 with configured number : 61,62,63 + room number.
Our customer do not want to dial 5 digits cause its too long, they want to dial 4 digit 6 + room number.
I can config on Sv9100 but I cannot config on SL2100.
Can somebody help me to solve this case.
Thank you.

If you are not using it yet, then you will need to set up ARS. ARS (Automatic Route Selection) will allow you to program in a chosen route and add or delete numbers dialed. It would be difficult to "talk" you through it without seeing how your system is currently programmed especially since you have several systems networked together. Blind changes can make things worse. If you have a vendor I suggest calling them in.

Hi Belevedere,
Thank for your reply. Too dificult in my case, my customer wanna keep 6 + room number. When i read manual and config i do not see any document tell about that :(

Well if they want to keep 6 plus room number then the room numbers will have to change. You can't have two room 110s for example so you can't use floor and room number as most hotels do you would have to have distinctive numbers which defeats the use of 6 as a prefix as you can create a dial plan that just uses the distictive numbering instead. However you could use 1 for one hotel, 2 for the second and so on if the numbers are available.

HI OzzieGeorge,
The room number do not coincide. They begin at 101 and end at 710. That why they wanna use 6 + room number, easy to dial :(
