Change destination for incoming calls when DID is invalid

I have a new issue that has popped up on my system and I have looked through the documentation and AMO's and cannot find how to fix it and am hopeful someone here can point me in the right direction.

The system is a Siemens HiPath 4000 V6 R2.15.1 and recently my Security Operations Center has reported they are getting inbound calls where the caller dialed a DID that is not assigned to a programmed station and the number of such calls is increasing and they need them to stop. The calls are coming in on a PRI trunk group with 4-digit outpulsing from the carrier and no digit manipulation as far as I am aware.

Ideally I would like my PBX to generate a busy or fast busy tone for calls to non-existent DID's or possibly route them to a message saying the number is not valid but right now I cannot find where you would program this. Does anyone know what AMO or where in Assistant this is setup?

Thanks for any help you can provide!

You need to check the Class of Trunk (COT) Parameters on the PRI Trunks.
Firstly see what COT the trunks are using by DIS-TDCSU

If the trunk has example COTno=100
Then DIS-COT:100;

If IVAC is a parameter in there (Intercept when vacant) then remove that as follows:
CHA-COT:100,COTDEL,IVAC;

Let me know how you get on.

Thanks a bunch! That did it for the immediate issue.

Question: When IVAC is set, where is the intercept number programmed?

If IVAC / IBSY (Intercept when Busy) / IDND (Intercept when Do Not Disturb is Activated) / IFR (Intercept when free - after timeout)
Other intercepts refer to outbound dialling.

The 'intercept' destination is normally the Operator Console or it can be the Night Service if the system is in what is called 'night mode'.

Thanks for all the info! Security is now happy so I am all good!
