How do I go about changing my Definity Audix R3.2 from accepting 3 digit extensions to 4. When I change a Subscriber from the 3 digits to 4, I get the message [Too Many Digits in Extension].

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I beleive what you are after is "ch machine" That is where you enter the numbers that your Audix will accecpt.

Thank You!! That is what I am looking for. I Spent 4 hours looking for it in Avaya, and couldn't find anything.
