Change default viewer in CE 8.5 (not guest account) 1

I want to change the default to Active-X for all new users in ePortfolio.

I had thought that I'd done this correctly, but it doesn't seem to be working...

Does someone have sample CSP they might share?

open the file globals.csp and change the viewer to be viewer number 0.

you can change it in the CMC as well. click preference on the top-right corner then change the viewer as what you want. The only problem is one CE system can only have one viewer setting, that means we cann't get 2 viwers base on different users. Any one have some other ideas?

Ted: that only changes the current user, not the default for all users.
