How do I change default shutdown to logoff in Windows 10?

It was really easy in Win 7 to change Shutdown to Log Off, but now I have to open the shut down menu and then click on Log Off.

The Mrs is forever shutting the PC down when she's finished, rather than clicking Log Off and then the PC will go to sleep for almost instant restart when hitting the space bar.

You can create a shortcut to the following:
Code:
%windir%\System32\shutdown.exe /l /t 0
Pin that to wherever you like; launching it will log you off.

Cool, Nelviticus! What would it be if you wanted to create the Shutdown or Reboot shortcuts separately?

Replace /l with /s for shutdown or /r for reboot. You probably want to change the timer to more than zero if you do that though; the default is 30 seconds.

You can get the full syntax with all the other options by just running the command with no parameters.

Thanks, Nelviticus.

I installed Classic Shell and that make life a bit easier as it's more familiar.
