Change default settings from .vb to .cs

Hi,
I am new to .net and sps.
When i am creating a new project -> web part library, the default files that are getting created are webpart1.vb and AssemblyInfo.vb. I want that files to be .cs as i will be developing web parts in c#.
How this can be done?
