One of our users supported a higher up. Their contacts appear in her Outlook Contact folder. She has been moved to another department, and has grown a new folder for contacts call Contacts MSB.
How can I make Contacts MSB the default contact folder? I can't just delete the emails the contact folder, because the person she used to support, uses those too.
Is there a way to switch this, and remove her old contact list, replace it with her new one, and not delete this other person's contacts on their end?
