Change Default Administrative Programming Password

Hello there,

Someone has reset our Norstar Voicemail Administrative Programming Password and it's now the default. I can find lots of instructions on how to reset it, but I can't find anything on how to change it to something else other than what the default it. I am guessing it's something easy that I am missing or else there would be documentation on it.

The admin mailbox on a Norstar voicemail is usually 102 or 12 depending on the digit length of your Norstar system. So if your present login is 1020000 (default) just change the password for mailbox 102 and you'll change the admin login.
