I've started looking after a 3300 system that I haven't used for a while and trying to remember how to change the COS of a main line. LOC NUM tells me its a non-prime broadcast group..

Can someone jog my memory? The system is on release 9.1 PR1..

Cheers

That means it is likely a button upon a phone and may not represent the Cos desired. Might be good to know why you think a COS change is needed

Please tell us what you want to achieve by altering the COS. It may be meaningful.

A Non-Prime DN exists as a key appearance on another device. The COS of the key is assumed from the device (generally, there are exceptions)

CFNA timer needs amending as the key appearance bounces to a voicemail too soon. Its the main line which is a key appearance on 3 extensions.. There is a COS specific to the main line.

Delete the key off of the 3 phones

Create a new phone using trusted License type and the Main DN

Reprogram the keys on the phones

Set the COS on the new ext as you wish.

Remember to set the call routing on the new DN
