Change Corporate Directory User fields sync in AD

CM is integrated to the MS AD for the corporate directory. The directory is displaying the 7 digit telephone number. The CM Phone Number field is synced to the telephoneNumber LDAP field. Does nayone know how to change this so CM syncs to the Ipphone field instead?
