I'd like to change the contact information stored on an AS/400 model 9406-720. The default contact info that comes up when I order PTF's is not correct and I'd like to make a permanent correction. I haven't been able to find where the data is stored.
Sending for and Applying PTFs from your AS400/iSeries
Step 1: Make sure your company profile is set to receive PTF tapes or CD-ROMs in the format you require. To accomplish this, from the main menu, select:
Option 7, Define or change the system
Option 4, Work with support contact information
Option 2, Work with local service information
Option 2, Change service contact information
Complete or verify the information as required. The most important part is the "Media for mailing PTFs." Change this to 8, CD-ROM, if you are on a RISC system
