Change Color of field

Hi,

Is there any way to change the color in one field of a column when it does not equal a certain value?

I am trying to compare to columns and change the color when they are not equal.

ex.

name1 name2
bob bob
sam john
mike mike

I need to make the center column a different color.

I am using ReportNet.
