Change Color of Bar Chart

Hi, I'm using Crystal 10.
I have a bar chart, showing actuals and budgets
Is there a way I can change the color of the bar chart, depending on whether Actuals are greater than Budgets?
If Actual is greater then Budget, change the chart to red, else use the normal colors.
