change characters and field separator

hi everybody:
how could i change the field separator from "," to " "?.
another question is how could i change the decimal separator "." for ","?.
And last question; how could i change from a field double quote as ".
Thanks in advance.

In the awk man page have a look at FS, sprintf and sub.
