Change CFXA from Phone

Hello,
Is it possible to change the value of CFXA to Allowed and the number of digits of CFW from a telephone?
It is a Nortel T7316E telephone.
I have no way to connect to the PBX using a terminal for the moment.

Yoe are talking about to different systems, CFXA is a prompt in the CLS in a Meridian Switch for Off-Site forwarding. A T7316E is used on a Norstar both were made by Nortel.

CFXA (or the Norstar equivalent) should work if you are using the Routing Service to route outbound calls and "Allow Redirect" is turned on for the the extension. Yes, that can all be programmed through the phone.
