Change CFNA to voicemail number of rings on BCM50

How do you change the number of rings at the station to call forward no answer to voicemail. Is it feature 984? Any help would be great thanks.

never done it on a set.. i use EM
Config tab/Telephony/sets/active sets/Line Access tab/highlight the set and change the FWD Delay

Thanks for the reply. I was sure hoping it could be done on the set. was hoping to help an end user do it without going on site.

It can be done from the set. You should get a copy of the docs as helping someone over the phone is hard to follow.
From the set it is like a Norstar: **config/password/Sets/capabilities/fna..... You need to know where the keys are ie.. show/next/back..ect.

BCM 50 will do this but not the 400's or 450's

I retract that about the 400's & 450's. It mainly depends if you have the set administration set up or not.
