I have a customer with a Partner ACS 6.0 with Partner Mail VS 4.1. There are a few changes they want. First, they want to change the message when a person opts "0" in the auto attendant. Currently, the caller hears "You are being transferred to the receptionist." The lady answering the phone would like to change this, since she insists she is an "office manager", not a "receptionist." Yes, a bit petty, but she really is a good customer and just asked if there is a way to change it.
Secondly, I need to have 2 different ringing situations, day and night. The auto attendant will always answer first, but during the day, if the caller selects 0 or 10, it rings the front phone (not a "receptionist!") but if in night service, they want it to ring multiple sets throughout the plant when the caller selects either 0 or 10.
Third and finally, is there any way for a user to have multiple greetings with VS 4.1?
Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

For the first one, you are going to have to tell the customer, NICELY, yer screwed. VS all say that and you can not chnage it or turn it off. Partner messaging R1 just says "transferring call".

The second, go into AA programming and you can modify Selector codes. Change dial 0/timeout to go to a calling group ext number (71 for example) BUT. If no one answers it, be forwarned that after it transfers to a group of extensions, NO OTHER VOICE MAIL WILL PICK UP. No, general mailbox etc. You can set up a virtual calling group, but pretty involved, and you need 1 ext port and 1 co port.

Unfortunatly, on a 4.1 VS mail, you're not going to be able to change the dial 0/timeout option, and the selector codes from the Day Menu are used in the Night Menu as well (Only the recording changes between the modes)
