I am rather new to Avaya telephone programming. I have the 4424LD+ Large Display Phone. We use the Merlin System with Key Voice for Voice Mail. The company I work for is growing and we frequently have new offices being created and employees moving. In reading the forum, I was able to switch two extensions around per thread689-929668.

I am the operator/receptionist for the company. My phone has a button that is set-up for coverage-on/coverage-off. I can use this button to set the phone to ring at various extensions when I am away from my desk, so that they can answer the calls. The extensions that are suppose to ring are 110 & 111. The people at these two extensions were located in different offices before and the coverage worked fine. Now that I used the above method to switch the extensions, they no longer are programmed for the coverage. (The two offices that originally had these extensions 118 & 116 now ring when the coverage is activated.)

Question is – How do I get the relocated 110 & 111 extensions to ring for the coverage.

Thank you for any help you can give me.
