hi guys we have a need to give read-only access to a user for his OWN calendar in outlook and OWA, but we want to keep the full access rights we have given to a couple of other users on this one's calendar...does that make sense? :)

how do we go about doing this?
many thx

Excellent suggestion yes of course thats the logical step but not possible and please forgive me if i dont go through the reasons why, its boring and involves company politics...

however I would be grateful if someone could reply whethere or not what i requested is actually possible, and if so how can we do it?

many thx

In Outlook 2007, click on calendar, then in the left pane right click his calendar and choose properties. Go to the permissions tab there and change user from OWNER to REVIEWER. 2003 shouldn't be that much different
