Change button in Viwer is greyed out

I have a report that needs to be viewed in CR viewer 2008

I have the report to be saved with data, but when I view it in the viewer it then does not allow me to change the number. (this is under Current Data Set and the )
I have read some articles saying to change the report from a command to saved data, but cannot understand or find a way to do this.

Basically I need to be able to view the report but also change the order number it is looking at and thus this should change details alos.

Any ideas please

Hi

Figured it out how to use saved and it now changes it in the view.

To change I simply copied the formula from Report\Select Expert\Record.
Then went to report\Select Expert\saved data and then copied the formula in
The went back to Report\Select Expert\Record and deleted the formula from there

However this as now slowed the report down considerably. Is there any way of speeding up the process at all using this method.
