change bar graph colors based on data

I have a bar chart where I need to have the various bars show green when when the values for the data is above a certain value, but when the values drop below a threshold, the bar should turn red.

Can anyone help me out here?

What version of CR are you using? I know that CRv9 has this capability under the Chart Expert but only for certain types of charts. There is a format button in the color section of the options tab (CRv9) which will display if the chart types is one of the specific types.

As far as I know, it can't be done in any of the versions prior to CRv9.
