Hello all,
Is it possible to change the background of a record (in datasheet view) depending on the information that record contains. If not, is there a workaround?

Thanks

If you are using A2k or above then you can make use of the conditional formatting feature. Create your form, then select every field on it and choose format->conditional formatting.
It's just like it is in excel, and can produce fairly complex results.

If you are using A97 then you are going to struggle. There are ways I have seen (try I think) but it's not pretty and quite dfifficult to get your head round.
