Hi,
I have a site where GFI Mail Essentails pushes all spam to each users Junk Email folder, within Outlook 2003.
Many of the users, cant be trusted to check this folder or empty it on a regular basis.
So I need to set an auto archive on just the junk email folder, that runs every day, and removes all mails older than say, 5 days.
I have looked at the outlook 2003 admin template for group policy, but that only allows me to set the auto archive aettings for all folders, and I dont want this agressive setting run on any folder other than the Junk Email folder.
I have also looked at the registry, to try to find this setting, but so far i cant seem to find it.
So does anyone out there know a easy way to set the auto archive settings for all users on just the Junk Email folder, other than visiting each users pc and setting it manually?
Thanks,
Paul
