change an IE6 option in registry

can anyone help me in some registry-stuff.
In the IE6 you should unable in the advanced options following:

Screen layout refresh in the background also force under terminal servers.

After that change (and restart the server) the screen don't flicker anymore.
But i can't find the place in the registry where i can change it for all users.
Is someone familiar with that problem??
