Hi all,

I currently have a sharepoint site that contains document libraries that contain up to 15 subfolders.

I just wish to know if there is an easy way of changing all default views from "All Documents" to "Explorer view".

thanks.

Hello,

Do the following:

Click on Documents and Lists
Click on the Document library you want to change view on
Under Actions, click Modify settings and columns.
In the customize page under views, Click Explorer View.
In the Edit view page check the box "Make this the default view", Click OK.

This will set the Explorer view to the default view on that Document library and since the view are set on the Library level and not the folder level you will get the structure for the subfolders aswell.

Regards,
Thomas
