Change AA (3.2 vm pro)

Due to an emergency, I need to change (and activate) the aa greeting to a emergency greeting. Problem #1: I don't have access to IP office (they're offline & no one has access to the bldg.) #2. The aa only comes on at night but during business hours everyone in the company rings no answer. I have little IP office/ vmpro experience.

without access to the IP Office either remotely or directly i don't see how you are going to be making any changes.

is the IP office still up and the CO circuits up?

if it is down you can contact the CO for a "service assurance" type emergency routing or message.

If it is up but you just aren't allowed in the building (fire marshall/police closed the building) then i'm not sure what to tell you.

do they have remote call forwarding on the lines you cold forward to an answering machine

This is due to the steam pipe emergency, so I suppose I could contact the co. (great answer, thanks!)

Let me reprase that, the web browser I'm using to access the company shows the company offline, so I guess thats that.

However, since the aa comes on at night, that would mean something works.

Remote call forward, hmmmmmmmmmm, I'll have to look into that.
