When the office answers both side can not hear each other

The dial peer above are the all option that we can think about

Our IOS is 12.2.5T

I hope some one has an answer

Ealan, I was wondering if you could help me with your router configuration with netmeeting. I have a cisco 3745 multiservice access router. I am trying to connect an analog phone into the voice port of the router and then connect the FastEthernet port into a hub. From my computer, I am trying to use netmeeting through my NIC that goes into my hub. I was wondering if you can inform me of how I can go about doing this, even if it is only going to ring. Thanks for the help.
