Hi there,
I am struggling to configure DHCP options on windows server, it's a first for me. I am used to using the Mitel DHCP, but for this client they want their DHCP to issue IP Addresses to IP Phones. Anyone with steps on how I should go about it please help.

In my experience, the ones that want this control are capable of doing it on their own.

Simply provide them with the DHCP helper program and documentation provided on Mitel's website.

If they cannot figure it out from there that should be a warning flare that this is not a good idea.

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

yep i agree , i made up a cheat sheet for one of ours and sent that and the helper and they did it

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

and due to an endless stream of MiCollab , MiCC issues
Life would be simpler If only they tested products properly before releasing them .....
