There is something amiss with the SIP registration. The NEC is quite promiscuous inbound and will accept virtually anything but it won’t dial out without a proper registration. Do a wire shark trace and see what is happening. Do you get dial tone when you select a lineonthe NEC?
Now it works as usual though there some scenarior.... Iconfigure as welll but there,
I configured SIP on Avaya IP OFFICE with NEC PABX , the phone works as usual Iam able to call from Avaya to NEC and NEC to Avaya.. the scenario is, once you call from Avaya to NEC and no any response to NEC and you decide to cut Avaya phone (because no one is responding) The phone is still ringing for 3 minutes
