Chaining Assisted transfers

there should be no limit to the number off assisted transfer actions that can be chained together
setting an asisted transfer to fall back to another if not answered will still only use the 1 VM channel, but you do not want too many calls goin through this process simultaniously or you will use all chanels
in most casses it is easier to perform an unsupervised transfer to a group & let the IPO try each extn in turn.
if VM is enabled on the group the call can then be returned to VM if no one answeres.
