Chage number of rings then go to an announcement IPOCC

Hi Team!

How Can i change the number of rings in IPOCC? for example: When there's an incoming call it will only ring 3 times then transfer to available agent or an annoucement that says "stay on the line

You program in the task flows what should happen when the call is in queue.

If you mean it only rings 3 times at an agent before it goes back in queue that is set on the agent group.
