cgi python used for test

hi,

i have a pc connected to a server.i want to ask if is it possible to make a cgi or something like that on my server in order to test C program which actually was run on the pc.in other word in the pc i have a big program C and i want to test its fonctionnality every day to see if the program still run correctly after the modification that i have made all over the day.
i can call the procedure by javascript but i want to made the test auto:i click test and the tests will begin until all the tests are done.is it possible to do that?
