cgi errors in ppes?

Hi,
I'm getting these errors while trying to open cubes or reports via Cognos PowerPlay Webserver. IIS is used as the WebServer.
"The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP header. The headers it did return are:

Any solutions to this are welcome.
