CGI and quikstore

I was wondering if you could help me with a question. I have a page set up on our website that uses a cgi catalog for monthly specials. It was set up that way to allow easier programming for that page for a person not familiar with dreamweaver. But I would like to take that away and replace it with a page I made since I changed it to weekly specials I develop a page in dreamweaver to send to clients and I would like to post that in the weekly specials area instead of using the cgi quikstore. Would doing this effect the 2 other areas that utilize the cgi program and if not what step s do I need to take to replace the weekly specials page
