CFXA not working as needed when caller dials through auto-attendant

Here's the situation. We have a few extensions with CFXA set up that forward calls to external numbers. If a caller calls a person's DID the call is forwarded to external number without issue. If the person doesn't pick up it goes to voice-mail of the destination number. If however a caller calls our back-door number where auto-attendant answers and then enters a person's extension the call is forwarded externally. In this case however after 4 rings CallPilot intercepts the call and play a message saying "Your connection cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later or contact your administrator." How can I extend the number of rings beyond 4? I would think this would need to be done in CallPilot. We're running release 5.0.
Thanks in advance.

There may be a way but it is not recommended to do so because you open up your system to Toll Fraud. What would prevent me from dialing your auto-attendant and transferring out to an external number?

You will need to change the NCOS of the Call Pilot Channels on the M-Gate Card. make them high enough to to call Local but not Long Distance

Because its the DN that forwards the call to an external number with CFXA enabled its not actually CallPilot that dials an external number. CallPilot AA simply forwards the call to extension and then the switch forwards the call outbound. NCOS settings are already set correctly since the call is forwarded externally. The issue I have is that CallPilot intercepts the ringing call after 4 rings rather than allow it to ring longer. How do I change that?
