CFXA long distance

All,

I need to forward a phone set to a long distance number and use the LD accounting code. I have CFXA allowed and Redirection DN Length set to 16. The Redirection DN is set as 81XXXXXXXXXX200, where 200 is my LD accounting code. When i dial the DN I get the prompt to enter the LD code again. What am I missing?

If you pick up a phone and make the call do you have to wait to enter the ld code? If so cfw needs to place the call the same way.

Yes, I have to wait to enter the LD code when dialing the number from a phone set. Is there a way to enter a "pause" to the forward string?

Try a couple of asterisk. I haven't set something up like this in a long time but it seems like I made it work on something in the late 90's.
