CFX_ZIP and Internal CF Server error 500

Does anyone have any ideas of how to resolve a '500 Internal Server Error' related to using CFX_ZIP on a Cold Fusion server. The error is being generated when one scheduled task creates a zip file of the inetpub/

http://wwwroot

directory and all subdirectories on a CF server.

When this was tested on a smaller set of data it worked fine. However, it doesn't work with the whole set of data

There may be a limit to the size of the files that can be zipped. Check hard disk space and permmisions as well.
