CFW to ACD problem

Meridian 1 Opt 11C

Can a user CFW to an ACD if the ACD is set up to call a cell phone?

I've tested calling the ACD and that works just fine, but the user can't forward her set to the ACD.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

maybe there's a limitation on the set that's trying to forward her phone. compare her phone to yours and maybe there's a setting in the CLS that needs to be changed.

Can't build a 500. LUU lists nothing.

I can't see from the extract from the TNB you posted, but have you checked the phone has CLS CFXA and not CFXD, because even though your forwarding to an internal ACD queue, the fact that the ACD queue then NCFW's to an external number will prevent call forward working.

why? if your giving the phone cfxa, doyou need the acd...


test.. dial the acdn internal, does it go to the cell? then test from external... we use maxp a acd's to call ld when i do not want to allow cfxa.. the phone has fna sfa, then forward to the acd...

once you determine if the acd is working, then look at the set.. if it is built right look at the cdb, are you using opt cff? that breaks a lot of forward chains
