CFW to ACD DN

I have a question regarding the Call Forward all calls feature.

As far as I can remember in earlier releases of X11 the call forward all calls feature could not be activated when doing a CFW to an ACD-DN. The call forward all calls feature only worked to ACD when this ACD-DN was configured as MWC=YES.

I tried today with 25.40B and the call forward all calls to ACD-DN was working without having the MWC=YES. I need to block the call forward to an ACD-DN, is there now an additional prompt?

I do not know of a way to prevent call forward to a valid DN
However if CFW were set to 4 and the ACD DN’s expanded to 6 this would solve the problem.

I have found the solution. If you set in LD 11 CLS CFXD it will block the forward to an ACD DN.

CFXD will only deny forwarding to an external number, internal forwarding will still work..

I have tested it and it will work on ACD Numbers. You need to have MWC = NO and in this case it will block calls to the ACD DN.

Try it out and you will see.
