HI Everyone !!

Like I am very new to the Avaya Platform, I would like your help.

I am very much confused in understanding CFW, NCFW and DCFW, as all of them are being used to forward the call.
So what is the the difference among all three ?

Your guidance would be highly appreciated.

No worries

CFW = Call Forward and is a typical feature used with most phone systems.

NCFW = Night Call Forward and is found on ACD queues to allow you to enter in a destination.

DCFW = Default Call Forward and this feature is found on Phantom extensions where its initial Call Forward is set all the time, but the extension can also set up a normal CFW to override the DCFW and when it's cancelled for it to go back to the DCFW destination again.
