All, I did some searching but I still have one question. I have a few users with IP phones, that have CFW on them. Their IP phones are currently not plugged in and they had CFW activated to their cell phones. Well we had to reboot the switch last night and that forwarding got turned off. Is there an easy way to re-activate it through the switch? I saw some info on searching that talked about remote call forward, but I was wondering if there was an easier way to just say this key is active!

I could go through and get some spare phones up and running with their TN's and do it, but I didn't want to go through the trouble if it was possible switch side.

Thanks!

Analogue phones were never that much of a problem. However digital sets will be a different matter. As the phones aren't currently plugged in, the only option is to use the FFC remote call forward feature.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

This won't help you for this case but you may want to check that CFWS is set to YES in LD 17 so you don't lose call forwarding on a sysload.

Stanley,

Thank you, I will check that!

Firebird,

Yeah, I just went through and set up some spare phones! Ha, easy way out.
