HAVE TRYED CFF+CFO NO CHANGE

In your scenario there is no SFA occuring since there is only one no-answer step, even though set C has SFA.

Unfortunately that is how Call Forward No-Answer works.

When set B is manually forwarded (Call Forward All Calls) to C and C has FNA then the FDN destination is determined by the FDN for the MARP of the originally dialed DN.

But if there was a second-level FNA things would be different.

Suppose set C has FDN to set D and set D has SFA to set E. In this case caller dials B, is call forwarded to C, then FNA's to D, then SFA's to E. In this case the FDN is determined by the FDN of the last MARP in the chain (FDN of set D).

BTW the set B has
FDN 028785816
EFD 1028785816
Could that be a typo?

HI

set C has fdn to D see tn fdn to 5808, so what you say is what I want to happen but it dont.

Set B is SFD.

Change it to SFA.

It should work.

it dont that is the problem.

Please re-read my post. There is only one FNA so the FDN will be derived from B.
